Application：

Silicon-barium inoculant applies to gray cast iron and spheroidal graphite cast iron, can promote the formation of A-shaped graphite and the completion of graphite nodules;

Nucleation in a wide range of temperatures, high nodulizing and anti-aging capabilities, effectively preventing the opening tendency of castings;

More thorough deoxidization effect than other alloy deoxidizers, at the amount of 35%-50% of 75# ferrosilicon only;

When used for deoxidization in steel making, silicon-barium alloy features high utilization rate and excellent desulfurization capability;

When silicon-barium alloy is added, the nature and distribution of nonmetallic impurities in steel will be altered substantially;

A proper amount of silicon-barium alloy in steel can increase the plasticity and tenacity of steel at high and low temperatures;

Silicon-barium-iron alloy works best in improving the cold resistance of steel.
